Decision-making bodies
Unia is a democratic organisation. Its highest controlling body is the statutory Congress, which meets regularly every four years. The Congress selects the central managing board and the Board of Directors. Between the Congresses, the delegate meeting represents the Congress as the highest managing body of employees.
